Our Fibre services are completely threshold-free. Our LTE/5G services carry a fair usage policy (AUP) that applies to that specific product.
For Fibre, the standard installation timeframe is up to 30 days. 5G/4G home internet can typically be activated the same day.
Most Fibre installs include up to 30m of free trenching. Anything beyond that distance may incur additional trenching fees.
